Information you provide

When you submit an event inquiry, the form may collect the event name, date, city or location, event type, expected attendance, event hours, organizer or contact name, phone number, email address, and any event details or questions you choose to provide.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your event request, contact you about availability, discuss setup or vendor requirements, and coordinate a possible booking. Bookings and communications are handled by an adult.

Form processing

The booking form is submitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, and delivered to our adult-managed business email. Information processed by that service is also subject to the service provider's own privacy and security practices.

Website and hosting information

As with most websites, hosting and network providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested page, and request time.

Sharing and selling information

We do not sell information submitted through the booking form. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website and booking form, or disclosed when required by law.

Retention

Event-inquiry information may be kept as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, coordinate an event, maintain ordinary business records, or meet legal obligations.
